The Company was initially named as Sampurna Vanijya Pvt. Ltd. having its registered office at 1/A, Ballygunge Circular Road Tivoli Court, 2nd Floor, Kolkata-700019. Effective from 12.04.2010 the name has been changed as Welkin Telecom Infra Pvt. Ltd. and a fresh certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the registered of companies Govt. of West Bengal and its new registered office at 76/1, Golaghata Road, 2nd Floor, Kolkata- 700048.

This company has been formed by Mr. Subhas Bera & Mr. Pradeep Kumar Agarwal with an objective to be a Telecom Network service provider on both Passive & Active services. Mr. Bera & Mr. Agarwal both are well known in telecom field as they are independently took part for the major roll out and cell site maintenance of Telecom players of entire Kolkata & Rest of Bengal Circle from the very beginning.
