These user- friendly 24x7 payment system through Automated Collection KIOSKS provide an efficient system for collection of Revenue from the Energy Bills to the Consumers. Also consumers can make the payment by way of cash, cheque/demand draft or card without spending any extra service charges, KIOSK machines scan the bills and- generate receipts instantly. All these processes are facilitated through a user-friendly touch - screen interface.

With the help of this type of Automated KIOSK one can pay Electricity Bill, Water Tax, Telephone Bills, corporation/ municipality tax, ticket booking, education examination fees and can provide with various other services.

Welkin is also trying to develop and implement KIOSK facilitating the consumers of various Electricity Distribution Companies under a Model Built Operate Own and Maintain for the Operation (BOOM).

Also for the consumers of Rural areas welkin is going to introduce Door to Door On line collection where the consumers have no access nearby to pay their Energy Bills . Welkin has developed a handhold device with small Printer to collect cash / cheque from the consumers from residence and give them money receipt from its on line system.
